We can also set up 3rd party insurance to protect you from the loss of unlikely damage, and include this cost in your monthly bill.

Catering daily to over 350 sales representatives has made us a vital support solution for business tenants just like you. Use The Self Storage Center to check inventory, stock up for the day, plan strategy, meet customers and distribute product — all before the first day’s sales call. We’ll arrange for the shipping of your goods and then bill you on your house account at the end of the month with your rent. We’ll gladly receive shipments from carriers on your behalf and hold or distribute them as per your instructions. You don’t need to be here to oversee the process. We know what it is you need to succeed.”
Self Storage Security
The Self Storage Center, has gone to great lengths to ensure the protection of your belongings. A closed circuit TV system helps us to monitor all areas of the facility including entrances, hallways, loading docks and parking areas. And, if you’d like, there’s always someone available who can escort you to your unit.
A
computer controlled fire extinguishing system protects not only
the facility itself, but also the contents of each storage
unit. This is possible because our units are constructed with
secure mesh ceilings. And, of course, at The Self Storage
Center, we always employ a “Your Lock, Your Key” policy to
protect the privacy of your property.
To promote safety and to prevent damage to all of our tenants’ valued possessions, the following items, and others like them, will not be accepted for storage:
- Fuel-operated products or flammable liquids or containers
- Barbecues, lawn mowers, edgers, etc.
- Lawn products, chemicals and other items of objectionable odor
- Food products and other perishables
